Mend Daewoo FRS-2031IAL Refrigerator Water Dispenser Ice Maker

Lock function switching on and off on Daewoo FRS 2031IAL?

My Daewoo FRS 2031 IAL water dispenser continually sounds the alarm and automatically locks,then unlocks the control panel.
I've tried resetting the filter change function and locking the ice maker,but that makes no difference.
Anyone any ideas?
