How do I fix a blurry screen?

My standard screen Zenith 27" T.V. has a blurry picture. The print is practically unreadable. It has been getting worse. Is there anything that I can do to fix that?

there is a control in the back of the TV that can be adjusted, WARNING tvs bite even if they are unpluged and can kill so unless you know what not to touch I would leave it to an expert.
