Mend Dishlex Global 450 Finish Cycle Washing

What is wrong with my dishlex global 450?

My dishlex global 450 will not finish its cycle. Its displays 'HE' and I can hear it washing inside. It keeps going like this for hours without moving to rinse or dry.

HE indicates that the water is heating, sounds like stuck in heating cycle , is the water getting hot, if not then probably the element is faulty?

HE shows when the water is heating. I would say that the water is not heating due to a faulty element or thermostat. Open the door after HE has been on for 15 minutes & see if water is getting hot. If still cold then there is something wrong on the heating circuit.
