How do I change time on micromark double oven?

Turn off the oven from the power isolator switch (normally on the wall near the oven). WHen you switch it on again the time flashes. Press the + and - buttons within 5 seconds of the oven being on to the correct time. Once you have the correct time, do not press any more buttons. After 10 seconds you will not be able to change this time again (Unless you turn it off again. Hope this helps
