Mend Panasonic DMR-EZ47VEB Unit Worked Day

The set up won't work on my DMR-EZ47VEB?

Initially the unit worked but later that day the tv had a message on syaing' operation stopped. Please wait, the unit will go to standby , then restart' . Did this then a new message appeared ' operation stopped, unit will restart after self check'. This just continues in a loop. Please help!!
