how to change the belt?

First off, unplug unit from the wall. Drop the handle to lowest level. remove two black screws from top of upper plate, they will be close to right and left edges , just above the brush roll, the upper cover will lift off from the brush roller, and snap off near the motor cover, the old belt will visible and the new belt gets stretched into place. The rear part of the upper cover snaps hard into place and the two screws gets secured above the brush roller. Temperance Fix it Shop, Temperance Mi
