how do i set the clock on leisure professional 55 auto?

can anyone please tell me how to set the clock so that i can use the oven, thanks

Leisure Leisure CP55 Auto Kitchen Appliances, Gas Cookers Set Clock Oven

Push and hold the "cook" and "stop" buttons at the same time.

You can then set the time using the +/- buttons.

Release all buttons and the time then shows on the display
