Servis fridge is not cooling?

My Servis fridge stoped cooling, freeze works ok, fridge temperature is 16,9c. What shall I do? Can I fix it my self or do I need specialist's? Thanks

Remove mains plug form socket. Remove drawers from freezer. Remove panel from behind bottom drawer in freezer. You will probably see that some ice has formed. Apply gentle heat to remove the ice. This should then unblock the flow of cold air into the fridge.
