Mend Moulinex CA9 Toaster Repair Elements

how do I fix my Moulinex Type CA9 Toaster?

My Moulinex CA9 toaster suddenly stopped working i.e no elements are working when the trays are loaded and the lever is pushed down, but there is power getting to the mains-in circuit board and the 2 small LED's which indicate defrost and extended time both function when their switches are engaged.Any advice would be welcomed.many thanks. Bill
