Mend Zanussi ZAQ1200 Washing Machine Repair Fault

zanussi aquacycle 1200-door not open, wont do cycle?

when machine switched on, orange light on door on, door wont open ,sound from door clicks four times.
start/pause button light flashes but will not start any cycle.skip through a cycle but orange light on door remains on but will not open.

any ideas of problem and how to fix it?

2 choices here.door interlock faulty or a pcb issue.from your description hopefully its just the interlock.does it flash 4 times on the start/pause led? as this is the code for faulty door interlock
