How can I remove search_glow from task manager? ?

hi I take it it is something you have added!
you will need to go into your add and remove programs and remove it . then re boot the pc.

You could use Processes / End Process but I suspect you wish to remove the programme from your machine completely - Task Manager will not do this for you.
