Mend Neff Find Light Time

I have a Neff mini oven and I find I cannot unscrew the light cover (glass)?

I have a Neff mini oven and find I cannot unscrew the light cover (glass). I have managed it twice before but not this time. Any suggestions please. I know it says in the book that to take it out you turn it anti clockwise which I have done but no joy.
