my problem boiler is a Baxi Maxflow Combi WM,?

when my heating is on the temperature of the radiators suddenly go extremely hot, on inspection of the boiler I have noticed that the pressure has also risen to about 3 bars and even when I turn it down really low it still happens??? How do I remedy this problem?
