Mend Team Shower Solo Mistral Model Turn Mixer

New Team Shower Model Solo Mistral?

When i turn the shower off at the Mixer Valve the pump continues to operate.I then have to turn the pump off at Electric Socket otherwise the pump could overheat..Can anyone help
