Mend Citroen Radio Original Car

citroen radio with Phone showing on display?

I have just refitted the original radio in to my Citroen car, and it asked for the code which I put in, it then came up PHONE on the display and will not work.
I have removed the old car phone kit that was fitted to the car but still no joy.???
