baxi combi boiler?

i have a baxi combi 80Eco boiler.it works fine on central heating but wont fire up for hot water.when i run the tap for hot water it cuts the c/h off.i have cleaned the heat exchange and descaled and changed the diaphragm.please can anyone help.
