Mend Peugeot 306 XL Remove Door Advice

How to remove interior light (door actuated light) in a Peugeot 306 XL?

The advice is to prise the lens cover off, but how do I do this? I have inserted a small scewdriver in all positions around the periphery of the lens with no luck.

using a thin screw driver or scraper usually removes the lamp its probably been removed before and the lens fell off and super glued back and lamp now stuck in
