Mend Serena Double Oven Stop Fan Noisy

how can i stop the fan being so noisy?

The fan on my serena double oven is so noisy the neighbours can hear it. It stays on for about an hour after cooking when cooling down. What can i do?? help its driving me (and the neighbours mad!!)
