I have no control of my heating, glow worm micron?

i cant seem to get my heating to come on on demand ive tryed to change the time settings tryed continuos tryed 24 hour and the boost it dont seem to work it just comes on about 3 and seven at night i have no instructions on use of boiler but neighbour has same system and she cant get it to work like hers do i need to call a repair man or is it something simple its a glow worm
