how can i fix my dipstick?

You could try pushing a long plastic tube down dipstick hole, may grip what's left of dipstick & then pull out. Could try a siphon tube.

IF YOU CAN GET TO IT USE A LONG SHEETMETAL SCREW AND SCCREW IT INTO THE TUBE AND WITH A PAIR OF VISEGRIPS ATTACHED TO IT TAP IT TILL THE TUBE COME OUT ......IF NOTHING ELSE KNOCK IT INTO OIL PAN AND IT WILL DROP TO THE BOTTOM AND NOT HURT ANYTHING

depends how far its snapped off down the hole if close to the top try a pair of thin long nosed pliers down the hole,or a pair of pointed tweezers.As a last resort you MAY have to drop the sump then push back up the dipstick hole.
