Rover 25 Won't Start?

Hello,
I,m trying to assist a damsel in distress. Her car won,t start, it,s a rover 25 on an R registration. It,s a twin cam 16 valve engine. So far the plugs,leads distributor cap and rotor arm have been changed out. Fuel pressure at the injection rail is good.

It turns over on the starter well, there is a spark at the king lead. But nothing coming from the distributor cap to the plug leads.

I,ve checked the rotor arm is turning and the cambelt was checked prior to my assistance.
Any help greatly appreciated.
