Mend Beko VDT20 Tumble Dryer Changed Front

How do I re-connect my VDT20 tumble dryer?

I changed the front bearings on my VDT20 yesterday but one of the electrical connections at the bottom right of the drum came loose. I re-connected it to the only visible connector but now the start button won't stay engaged (power continues if I hold it in but not if I let go). Is this likely to be a connection error?
