How to install a timing belt in a '94 Dodge Caravan?

You need to get a manual on the van and see where the timing marks are set at and it will help you to see whats all involved
Be carefull because if timing belt or chain is installed wrong the intake and exhaust vavles can be bent when tryin to crank
If you do the repair be sure to turn the engine over manually to make sure there is no binding .....timing off and cylinders hitting the vavles
