candy tumble dryer?

Replace drier, Or check all connections down to motor, better still get a qualified electrician take a look. sometimes this can be a capacitor problem although rare!
I would say motor is gone or even brushes may need replacing. Not sure if this is a sealed unit if it is then you are into a new drier.
