How can I re-allocate channel numbers on Technika LCD191D-107?

I have just bought this TV but the instruction manual doesn't say how to re-allocate the channel numbers. The auto search has put the channels in random order, channel 1 being allocated to Five. This is for analogue as we don't yet get a digital signal.

Also can you tell me how to remove the stand so that it doesn't interfere with wall mounting?
