Mend Ford Mondeo Lights Power Fine

mondeo 04 fix flickering lights?

how can i stop all the lights on my mondeo from slightly flickering when car is standing, add power this stops,tick over seems fine, starts ok,and runs well.dash and main lights anoyingly flicker very slightly when standing at lights. does anyone know problem and how to fix? thanks
