Mend Ford Sierra System Changed Engine

Heating on a Ford Sierra?

I have a problem with my Ford Sierra 1991 heating system. I have flushed the system and changed the thermostat. The engine runs nice and temp gauge goes to halfway which is normal but the heater is still blowing cold. Has anyone got any ideas?
