my hotpoint Aquarius FWD60 flashing lights?

What we have here is the classic Hotpoint FWD60 wiring fault. When this happens and the heater is working (inside is heating OK) , the machine is written off if under warrantee. If there is no warrantee then the best thing to do is put it on Ebay as faulty and get shot of it as the machine is a piece of junk. You just have to remove the front or tom to see how badly this thing is made. It is padded with polystrene as used un box packaging to stop the front from bending in if pushed. The metal casing is slightly thicker than tin foil.
