How can i fix my cordless phone telstra 7100a?

I am getting no ring tone. Ihave borrowed my neighbours phone to make sure its not my phone line and its not. For the last few weeks only sometimes you pick the phone up and no dial tone switch it off and on at the wall and dial tone would come back until yesterday now there is nothing.
