s type v8 2001 jag 62k?

my s type started showing gearbox fault at only 62k took it in to find fault and was told p0734 p0735 p0795 and p01588 all showed up under scan suspect mechanican e or g box fault . does anybody know if this probelm can be fixed without changeing the whole gearbox,a new gearbox fitted at jaguar cost £4000?.
the car is in good cond but not really going to get much more if i can get a buyer,
