I have a 1994 falcon wagon which has just started to have a new issue
When you hit the breakes the stop lights come on, but so do all the Left indicator lights
When you indicate a left turn, the left stop light also flashes
Obviously there is a short, but any idea how to find it or solve the issues
Thanks K, but the bulbs have not been changed since I got the car, and the issue is now intermittent. sometime all works well, then I am back to the Left indicators, including the dashboard left light comes on when I brake (solid not flashing), and the stoplight flashes when I indicate a left turn.
I do not think that it is an earth issue, there appears to to a short between the stop lights wires and the left indicator wires, just having difficulty finding it

make sure that the bulb holders are fitted with correct bulbs,check bulbs [specifically twin filament bulbs] for internal short,check bulb board connection for security and good clean connection,check earth to chassis also for good clean connection/security.
