You can also buy a file for chainsaw blades and with a little practice you get the most out of your chain if ya keep it out the ground .......a vice to hold blade is very usefull doing this and a pair of vice grips so chain won`t move while you are sharping it .....

You can buy a manual sharpening kit from most home centers or a local Sears store. It will come with instructions.
