Try cleaning the pump filter which should be located behind the bottom plinth on the RH side - unscrew but have a towel ready as the water will run out.

could be a blocked pump take it outside and drain the water out then try it.just a guess though im not an engineer but mine did the same and it worked.watch your back they are heavy when full of water
