Ferguson FDAB07IP?

I have the same problem with my alarm not going off. i've set it all up correctly and it does sometimes work,but when i press the snooze button, the standby lights up and 00.00 shows on the screen and no music is played, also the Z snooze sign shows next to the alarm symbol. i don't understand!
