Mend Renault Clio Immobiliser Central Locking

putting the code in the radio?

i've had my immobiliser removed because of the centrel locking but since that i cant set the code for the radio,its stuck on code and when i get the four 0000 it wont let me put the numbder in.I've never had any trouble before.My car is a renault clio alize auto 2001 can anybody help please.
