How do I fix my electric seats in my 1995 Renault Laguna?

I've just bought a 1995 Renault Laguna 2.0 RT. I was told the drivers and passenger electric seats didn't work. They are in their furthest back position and I can't get them moving. I tried looking at the fuses, but couldn't see any problems there.
There just doesn't seem to be any power getting to them what so ever.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where the problem may be?
