Mend Renault Laguna 2001

keycard for renault laguna 2001?

hi all, having a few problems with my car.....my boyfriend bought it a few weeks ago, but we r having trouble opening and locking it with the keycard buttons.....does anyone know if we have to hold it a certain way or point it a certain way to open and lock it....didnt get a manual with car when we got it.....and its driving us insane, especially when we r trying to get 2 young children into it in this weather...many thanks,

sorry to say this but if you had done your homework before you bought the car you would have learned how many problems people have with renaults,especially electrics,just scroll through this forum it will take forever to read every renault fault
