Mend AEG F40650 Dishwasher Heating Pcb

My AEG F40650 Dishwasher will not heat the water or dry at cycle end. ?

My dishwasher will not heat the water or dry the dishes at the cycle end. Programme runs for the correct amount of time, filling normally and pumping out ok. Should I be looking at Flow thru heater or PCB? I have a Rapitest meter.

remove pcb from fascia panel and open up plastic housing.if you look at the pcb tracks you will probably find a bad joint on the relay pin or blown pcb tracking.if this is ok do resistance check on heater about 20ohms give or take a few
