Thomson (DTI 1000) Digital Box storing BBC1 etc as wrong channel Number?

Not an answer unfortunately, but another instance of the same problem. West Cornwall switchover started last Weds (8th Jul) & I've "retuned" my DTI 1000 four or five times without picking up digital channels with conventional numbering. If channels are selected as "favourites" they can be re-ordered but their numbers cannot be re-prioritised. Have exchanged this box for a Phillips which is a little newer (& includes digital sound out). I suspect the DTI 1000 may be a little long in the tooth now & considering the prices being asked nowadays it would probably be worth upgrading to a newer generation box.

I also have experienced the same problem with this digital box, It happened after rescanning the box during the reshuffle of channels in Hampshire on Wednesday 25th March

I'm not sure of the solution but there was an on air download for the box a while ago which I missed - not sure if that fixes this problem
