Mend Heating Radiators Pressure

How can I fix my Boiler?

I have put too much pressure in my boiler and now I have water coming out the pipe on the outside of my house. I have tried bleeding the radiators however this has made no difference. How can I reduce the pressure to stop the water?

when i try to top up the pressure it would't read how many bars + starts leaking from the dischrge valve,so can't activate the boiler .

let water out of one of the radiators, it will slowly release the pressure as u take more water out.
