Mend Ariston Marguerita Washing Machine Drain

Ariston Marguerita Front Loading Washing Machine?

Socks keep getting into the outlet pipe and blocking the pump so it won't drain. I think there must be a mesh filter missing to stop items entering the outlet pipe. How can I fix this and where can I find parts in New Zealand please?
