Mend Nissan Almera 1999

Nissan Almera-How do I remove the front bumper?

I have a huge dent in the front bumper of my 1999 T Plate Almera. I can push it back through without any problems but the bumper needs to come off so that I can do the work. Any ideas as I am clueless with this type of thing, cheers.
