Mend Nissan 1999 Almera Pump Work Checked

I can't hear the Washer pump on my 1999 Nissan Almera?

My partner said that the washer don't work on her almera so i checked the bottle which was empty i filled it up and went to test it but nothing happened so i put the window down trued again and nothing but i couldn't even hear the pump I think it could be a fuse but I don't know which one
