Mend Vaillant Radiators Boiler Heating

The radiators furthest from the boiler are both cold. Help?

The two radiators that are furthest from the boiler are both cold. One gets slightly warm but the other is just cold. They are both at the end of long spurs. I have a Valiant boiler. Any ideas as to what I can do?

turn off all other rads and see if the last ones get hot if so open the others up slightly
