Mend Changing Change Black

changing the fuse on the transformer?

how do I change the fuse on the transformer of the track lighting. I see on the side where and extra fuse siting on a black tab. I pull the tab and It broke off. I can clearly see a fuse that is lodge in a socket but do not know how to replace it. The lights where on today and suddenly went out.
