How can I fix my Hilux Surf rear window control relay?

How can I fix my 1990 2.4D Hilux Surf rear window control relay? The rear window washer/wiper is not functioning and the rear window will close but not open. I understand that it is a control relay fault causing the rear door not to open. Do you know which relays in the control box should be changed?
