Mend Optima Compact Stop House Alarm Going Off

How can I stop my house alarm going off?

My Optima Compact house alarm is going off and when i try to type in the code nothing happens. I've tried to turn off the alarm by the fuse box and still no joy. I need to fix this fast!

Mel, First of all there are up to three power supplies, the mains power, the back up battery an maybe a battery in the bell box.
You need to look what the panel/ keypad is telling you when it goes off then you can narrow it down.
