My Potterton EP2002 controller lights are on but not firing hw or ch?
My Potterton EP2002 controller lights are on but not firing hot water boiler or central heating. I only had it changed over a year ago , it worked fine the night before, the hot water boiler worked but the central heating didn't, an hour later none of it worked and no ignition even though the lights are still on,
You need to check across the gasvalve to see if there is 240 volts present. If there is the clock is fine.It will be the gasvalve solenoid that has packed in.If there isnt 240v there then something has gone wrong with the clock.
