rear knocking?

Renault laguna 53 plate 1.9 dsi tourer, getting a knocking from the rear when going over bumps, if its the rear subframe mounting bushes does anyone know how hard they are to replace with or without the removal tool, I am competent with doing normal stuff but i dont like the £290.00 price from Renault garage.
