Mend Renault Megane 53 Plate

Battery change Megane 53 plate?

I have a Megane 1.5 deisel. Need to change battery. Have removed cables from terminals and found need a star key to remove bracket holding battery in place. Anybody any idea what size star key needed for retaining bolt please? Can I use a box spanner to remove retaining bolt?

I think what you need is an external or internal torx socket/bit going by your description,sorry don`t know size,if your box spanner fits give it a go,if not you may have to source the correct tool.
